Fees/Guarantee
Fees are fixed so that clients are certain as to when and the amount they are required to pay.
Most Thai law firms charge around 8,000 THB per hour whereas UK law firms charge about £250 per hour. Depending upon the subject-area, complexity and timeline we will mutually agree an instalment plan or monthly retainer. Our fees do not include VAT, disbursements or third-party charges.
Guarantee
ATL’s commitment to you – if you are dissatisfied with our service in accordance with your agreed instructions, we will refund 100% of your fee.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint, in the first instance, it is best to contact the person dealing with your case or use the Contact Us form on our website. We will endeavour to resolve any dispute as quickly as possible.
You may be entitled to use the EU online dispute resolution service to assist with any dispute you may have with us. They can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Average costs in Thailand is in the region of THB 100,000 to THB 300,000 & VAT excluding disbursements. We aim to obtain the Thai Court Order & End-of-Court Case documents within 4-6 months.
Average costs in England & Wales is in the region of £650 to £3,500 plus VAT excluding disbursements. We aim to obtain the UK Court Order (ie Grant of Representation or Letters of Administration) within 3-6 months.

Thailand: The prices vary between THB 50,000 & 7% VAT to THB 125,000 & VAT excluding disbursements.
